ABCSB provides Modular Training Program.

The Modular Training Program offers three (3) types of learning environment and they are classroom, workshop and on-the-field job environment. The participation of the lecturer, trainer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in each particular environment will take less imminent role as the teaching method goes from classroom to workshop and to on-the-field job, likewise, the participation from the students, trainees or Technology Recipients is expected to increase or reciprocate the lecturer’s role of participation, according to the nature of the respective learning environment.

The method of teaching will be delivered in text, oral and electronic medium as to stimulate creativity and enthusiasm among the students. Newsletter, FAQ, Survey and Feedback Form will compliment the teaching of monologue, dialogue or open-discussion approach. In ABCSB, we take learning process as serious as we give out the certificate to the graduate. We believe that LEARNING PROCESS MUST AND HAS TO BE FORMAL. Thus, we painstakingly adopt this formalism by acquiring, fulfilling and providing the inevitable learning pre-requisites: Student, Teacher, Subject, Classroom, Attendance, Schedule, Syllabus, Reading Material, Training Document and Examination as what most higher learning institutions demand.
